JAMES BYRON
RATING SYSTEM

The James Byron rating system is based on the 100-point system that has been successfully implemented by American wine critics for decades.

Our meat evaluation is based on relevant criteria such as geographical origin, breed, rearing, sex, habitat, feeding, aging, slaughter and the type of slaughter.

Only meat from breeders and producers whose rating in our system is above 80 James Byron points is considered.

James Byron guarantees an independent and non-promotional evaluation of the tested meat with his name.
